Sudanese Australian House is a community organisation established in 2020 in Riverwood, NSW. Its purpose is to support Sudanese Australians, strengthen community connections, and create opportunities for participation, cultural expression, personal development and engagement with the wider Australian community.
The organisation provides a welcoming, inclusive and supportive environment where individuals and families can connect, celebrate their culture, access information and services, volunteer, participate in community activities and contribute positively to Australian society.
Its work is focused on community development, cultural preservation, youth empowerment, women’s participation, education, sport, health and wellbeing, social inclusion and community engagement. Through its programs and activities, Sudanese Australian House aims to build stronger relationships, encourage participation and create positive opportunities for people of all ages.
